AIBE

Bar Council of India conducts the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) for graduates who have completed 3-year LLB or 5-year LLB. It issues the Certificate of Practice (CoP) to the candidates who pass the exam successfully. The COP is mandatory for practicing in a court of law. Hence, AIBE is not a law entrance examination but a certification examination.
